New chaos Faction Leaders - Faction_Application - 02-13-2012
Ok so I got my ass in gear to finally post this up and all decisions are between myself and grintendo and these decisions are final unless there is a major rebuke from multiple people who don't like my judgement then I will change it but that doesn't mean you can just change to who you want I've always had the last say end of. (krios)
