Read my posted post, we shouldn't worry about large scale stuff but work from small start ups and tbh the plugin which governs teleport on the server was done by somebody already and that took at least 3 months roughly to do, so it's unlikely somebody will do it again in the time needed but we should work small.

Ever heard of macbeth? Ambition was his downfall, we aim too high and we can overstretch ourselves and this will fail we start out small and try to adjust what we got right now in terms of plugins so we can start somewhere.

The ideas are in place we just need the backing of a very generous server admin to help us with plugins and stuff installing them, in short the technical side of stuff Big Grin

See what can be done with the current factions plugins for a start off and see if we can work with it so we don't need to look far for a alternative plugin, and I suggest we assume that we are working with 2/3 main factions now instead of 4 with the option to expand out.

Ok thats a start but see if we can try to make this work by having a structured faction where leaders and veterans in one group then one other for new players to join into for a max of unto 3 groups which could possibly be 3 separate factions under one banner so we could have separate home spawns and the like for each faction.

Legend:
Leader
General
Commander
Lieutenant
Corporal
Private
**** = leader of empire
*** = co-leadership of empire
** = adminship of sub-faction
* = co-adminship of sub-faction
+ = no adminship/co-adminship


Empire

Empire Head will consist of-
Description- This is the top faction of the empire. Only the most experienced of players will be in this faction.
(****)-may contain more than one leader
(***)-will have multiple generals

Middle Empire will consist of-
Description- This is the middle faction of the empire. Players who have a minor amount of experience will be in this faction.
(**)-will contain one commander
(*)-will contain multiple lieutenants
(+)-may contain a few corporals, but they will not have adminship/co-adminship

Lower Empire will consist of-
Description- This is the lower faction of the empire. New players/relatively new players will be in this faction.
(**)-will consist of one corporal
(+)-will consist of multiple privates

Sadly i don't think there is one, unless someone can prove me wrong :/.
Another idea, moving away from "empire" theme since that's what all everything is thinking of right now ;p.

Possibly do "Races", where (not sure if possible), but different races can have set abilities. This was suggested for major cities eons ago, not sure if it was ever proved if it could work, but could be a nice add on.

Also can work with "Empire", "Rebellion" ext theme aswell really. Possibly better since we don't want to be completely copying rival faction servers.

I also really like the race idea too. It's just (and I am talking about every idea we come up with) the big issue is finding the right u to do any of this. I say we all start just a big search for plugins. We have two ideas. If we are to find a good plugin that might help us we can post it here. If you find another plugin and get an idea from it then you can also post your new idea.
